Happy Birthday Baily!!!

Baily Turned 4! Wow! Where does the time go??? We had a very nice day. She seemed so grown up to us. She opened her presents this morning, and then we went to church. After church she played with her toys and then family came over for cake and ice cream. It was a great day. Baily is our little fireball in a princess dress! Here are some things we love about her:

1. She is a natural dancer.

2. She love to cook and bake.

3. She can do the splits.

4. She can schmooze and charm her daddy at any given time.

5. She can't say her r's- gotta love that.

6. She sleeps in. (that's my girl)

7. She walks on her toes.

8. She can also schmooze me...like when she is getting in trouble, and I am just about to scold her, she will say, "Mommy, you so beautiful!" Try carrying out that discipline with a straight face!

9. Her smile lights up a room.

10. She loves to copy whatever Kylee does.

I love my Baily and love that I get to be her mom. She has taught me what true patience is...and I love her for that. From the first moment I held that little girl I knew that she was meant for me and that we had a lot to learn from each other. There isn't a night that passes, when I am tucking her in, that she doesn't grab my face and look at me with those green eyes and tell me she loves me. I am a better person because of her! We love you Baily.

Same Dresses!

These dresses are the same ones that me and my sister wore when we were little. First Tara and I, then Tami and I. I was so excited when my mom brought them over and let the girls try them on. My mom is an exceptional seamstress and kept the dresses in fabulous condition! Aren't they precious!

Happy Easter

We had a great Easter! Easter is such a great holiday! We had the traditional Easter egg hunt at my Mom's parents house and then we had Easter dinner with my Dad's side of the family. The kids had fun and we loved spending time with everyone. Here are some pictures from that day.

It's Great to be 8!!!

Happy Birthday Kylee! (april 7th) 8 is really a great age. I am loving it. We had a great day spoiling her and doing lots of fun things. I truly don't know what I would do without my Kylee. Here are some fun things that we love about Kylee:

1. She is an early riser

2. She LOVES bugs, dirt, snakes. She had a snake cake for her birthday!

3. She wakes up with Malia most mornings and feeds her breakfast! (I know, I am spoiled)

4. She can spell better than me. For example, she has challenge spelling words at school because the regular ones are too easy, and so one of the words this week was encyclopedia! Wow!

5. She is kinda clumsy and gets hurt about once a day.

6. She either has her roller skates or her Heelies on at all times.

7. She is very generous and shares willingly with her siblings all the time.

8. She can do her own hair.

9. She is a leader at school and her teacher said that her classmates gravitate to her because she leads in a loving way and always chooses the right.

10. She likes to tell on me to James or visa-versa. Like when she found me playing Wii at 1:30am or when James lets her do things that I never would.

If you know Kylee you know how wonderful she is. I am not just saying that because I am her Mom either... =) okay, I am!!!

Update

I just wanted to let you know that I am doing okay. The pain in my back is gone! It has been a roller coaster of a ride and I have been sick with one thing or another for a whole month. I don't know why I am not having back pain anymore (I am not complaining). The doctor said that people with my condition usually are in a lot of pain. I had a priesthood blessing and I know that that helped. It will be interesting to see if I just have flair up every now and then or if it is something that will just get worse with time or nothing at all. It's a mystery.

They think that this happend with child birth. I broke my tail bone clean off with Kylee and had that removed and the spine doctor said that I could have some how fractured the bones that hold your spine together and that is why it is shifting. Malia's birth was very painful and she was posterior so that could have done it as well. I guess there is no way of telling...

Any-hoo...enough about me...we are all doing well. I will post pictures soon and give you updates on the Hansen's.
